Sveti Vlas is situated next to the biggest sea resort in Bulgaria - Sunny Beach, and the whole village enjoys a magnificent panoramic view towards the large bay of Sunny Beach and Nessebar. What makes Sveti Vlas special is its location at the very beginning of Stara Planina Mountain and on the sea shore at the same time. Thus you can enjoy the beauty of the mountain and the thrill of the beach - have a long tranquil walk in the thick mountain forests, stroll along the exquisite yacht club or just rest on the magnificent sandy beach.
The resort has 3 beaches with a total length of 1.5 kilometers- the central beach is the longest one. The town is also famous for its new and beautiful yacht port where you can hire or even buy an yacht.
There is regular bus transport from Nessebar, Sunny Beach and Bourgas to Sveti Vlas, and plenty of private minibuses, route and ordinary taxis. There is also water transport to and from Nessebar and Bourgas to Sunny Beach.
On offer is a 2 bedroom apartment located on the second floor and has stair and lift access to all floors. It occupies an area of 100sq.m and consists of an inner hallway and bathroom a large lounge and includes the kitchen and dining area which has a dining table and four chairs. The kitchen is completely fitted out with sink, 2-ring electric hob, full oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, and kettle.
There are 2 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower, toilet and wash-basin. The second bedroom is the same size, has twin beds and is next door to the main bathroom which also has shower, toilet and wash-basin. Both bedrooms have plenty of clothes storage.
The sofa in the lounge can be opened up to provide extra sleeping place for two people.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned with air-con units in the lounge and both bedrooms.
The balcony opens up from the lounge and the master bedroom and provides views to the south and west over the pool below and the nearby marina.
There is a maintenance fee which is set at ˆ6.65 per sq.m.
