The village of General Kantardjievo is located in North-East Bulgaria and belongs to Municipality Aksakovo (Varna District). It is situated on a mountain side just 7km from the Black Sea coast and around 25km north of Varna via a new fast road. There are extensive veiws from the village of General Kantardjievo to the surrounding mountains and through the valley to the Black Sea.
On offer are two villas for rent situated in the tranquil area of General Kantadzhievo. The area (being a natural reserve called Batova gora) is very picturesque and suitable for hiking among the virgin nature, fishing, and hunting a variety of game. The air is healthy and clear; summer starts in May and ends in October; the ecologically clean environment is an excellent prerequisite for a peaceful and healthy living. The village itself has all the amenities to hand: three shops, local bakery, church, Cafι, restaurant, winery and much more.
The villas (twobedroom and three-bedroom) are new built, fully furnished, one-storey, with patios in front of the houses. The properties are available for long term as well as short term rents. The prices are 100 euros/week for the two-bedroom villa and 125euros/week for the three-bedroom villa for the winter season.

All bills are additional such as water, electricty, telephone, internet, satellite etc
The Bungalows will incurr an additional cost of cleaning and maintenance at the time of leaving which is 50Euros so long as all the kitchen euipment and utensils are properly cleaned as found initially.
No smoking and no pets inside the villas. If such is found and any damage occurs to any part of the villa then the tenants will be liable.
