THE PLOT:

- Atia is 15km from burgas (airport) and 15 km from sosopol

( nobody in the village is alowed to build higher than 2 stories and block your see view)

- at the moment the plot is not connected to the village's dirty water drainage. However, the neighbour infront of the plot has connected himself, so you would only need to connect to him around 5-10 meters
- 2 big walnut trees more than a 100 years old and various other full-grown fruit trees and bushes ; also various rows of wine, but these are needing attention.
- nearly all of the neighbouring plots are still land with no houses on them, used for growing wine or vegetables. It is very quiet, peaceful and secluded.

- it is a small, stone based house with a wooden upper part. It is one floor and a cellar and a small attic part for storage.
- it has 2 small rooms + kitchen area. Aprox.dimensions, 2 m x 3 m one room and the other one 2,5 x 2 m, and the kitchen has glass walls like a winter garden, maybe also 2.5 x2,5 m big.
- it has an attic under the angeled roof and a celler the size of the bigger room full of very old garden tools and behind is a small shed.
- it does NOT have a bathroom ( there is an old style toilet hut at the other end of the garden)
